What do we do?
XtraOrdinary Learning is a Family and Strategic Learning Coaching service that helps individuals, families and schools that have sticking points. We plan and evaluate the learning process, looking for the issues and discovering the different styles of learning.

Our service focuses on academics by leveraging strategies that are applicable in all aspects of life; organization, planning and clear & timely feedback. Learning issues and styles are not a big deal when kids are little, but by middle school things get harder, and the student is expected to be independent. Our vision is to create XtraOrdinary learners setting the stage for future success.

Our service strives to meet the academic (Ordinary) needs of the student by creating an effective and sustainable plan based on:
→ Data interpretation /management (online gradebook and assignment links);
→ Stakeholder communication (district admin, school site folks – teachers, counselors, principals and, critically important, the parents);
→ Plan of action for the student based on the above.
